Raimon Land PLC announced in August that Mr Neil Hutchinson has been appointed as Project Procurement Director.

Neil has 34 years of experience and expertise in the construction industry, including 20 years in project procurement.

Prior to joining the Raimon land team, Neil was Director of Contract Procurement for NH Construction services where he was responsible for contract procurement, subcontract services, and construction material import and export.

Prior to that, Neil Hutchinson was regional Director for Preject Procurement Thailand Ltd. He was responsible for all procurement consultancy services in five different countries in South East Asia: Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.

Before working in Asia, Neil was based in Africa, where he oversaw many construction-related projects in over half a dozen African countries.

Neil has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Belford College in UK. He is a British citizen with permanent residency in the Kingdom.

Neil joins Raimon Land at a time when the cmpany is poised to launch new projects.

Raimon Land announced in August that it has acquired a 6 rai site in Pattaya to develop a contemporary condominium project under 'The Lofts' brand. The new development is to be called The Lofts Southshore.

Already well established in Bangkok thanks to the The Lofts Sathorn and The Lofts Yennakart projects, The Lofts concept will now be available to Pattaya residents in search of modern urban design and functionality at an affordable price.

Raimon Land CEO Mr. Nigel Cornick commented: "Our experience at Northshore and Northpoint combined with extensive research of the Pattaya market indicates strong demand for centrally located quality units with views - but limited supply."
