Breakfast

Why start your day early if you can start it late- very late. The BreakFast Hut in Rawai supports the ultimate holiday strain, with their indulgent all-day breakfast specials.

Stroll in at 10 am, or 4 pm...and you can be assured of a perfect start to your 'morning' with a tempting array of breakfast options. Toast, eggs any way you like them, bacon, beans, ham, juices, potatoes...and all of these together, feature prominently. The portions are sizeable, and they obviously pay individual attention to everything on your plate, it's all quite delicious.

Apart from breakfast, there is a huge variety of sandwiches, salads, pastas and even some Thai food.

What makes Breakfast Hut special is it's location. Far away from anything that's remotely commercial, this cosy little nook on a quiet street in Rawai is just your ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle on the beaches and in the towns.

It's a casual hang-out hide-away, with two separate seating areas, the one to the left even more tucked away and private. They have newpapers and magazine to peruse.

Relaxed and cut-off as the location is, it's a great place to have catch up with friends, all over some steaming cups of coffee, if it happens to be pouring down as it's wont to be in this season.

If coffee is not your thing, the Breakfast Hut also offers a range of milkshakes and smoothies, the vanilla milkshake is a deliciously creamy option. The mango shake, a tangy, fruity delight is an absolute must-try for fans of the golden fruit.

Great food, newspapers, ambiance, and beverages aside, the real stuff is at the end. Or at the beginning if you're feeling particularly naughty. The desserts at the Breakfast Hut are what bring a lot of people hurtling along onto the little Soi that houses the restaurant.

All tantalisingly freshly made, these little creations are simply transporting. A bite of apple crumble, deliciously hot and flavouful, especially when coupled with ice-cream is enough to ensure you'll be coming back for more...and with all the other treats on offer, you won't be disappointed.
