Garry Holden used to weigh over 120 kgs, he used to eat like there was no tomorrow, until he found out that there literally might not be one if he carried on eating and drinking like he was. Fast forward a few years and a strict diet and exercise program and a reality TV show, Garry Holden is in the best health of his life and is now officially an Iron Man. Robert Downey Jnr move aside.
